Unless you need tons of quicksilver right away, I suggest that the missions at the Nexus are a decent way to earn some. I am very particular about what goes on there. I'd sooner install the save editor on my old laptop to edit my saves before installing Java on my desktop PC. I wouldn't do that either, especially Re: Chrome.
